color: #993300;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La situation sanitaire oblige \u00e0 tenir cette r\u00e9union en visioconf\u00e9rence au domicile du pr\u00e9sident.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #808000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><u>Sont pr\u00e9sents ou connect\u00e9s via l\u2019application Zoom\u00a0:<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #993300;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">33 adh\u00e9rents ont fait parvenir une procuration au pr\u00e9sident.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #993300;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Les documents pr\u00e9paratoires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 largement partag\u00e9s par les adh\u00e9rents comme l\u2019indique la hausse importante des statistiques de fr\u00e9quentation du blog lors de la publication.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #993300;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tous les documents sont consultables sur l\u2019article du blog en date du 16 mai.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #993300;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">L&rsquo;augmentation de la dotation d&rsquo;Entraide &amp; Solidarit\u00e9 (1500\u20ac)<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #993300;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La multiplication par 10 des dons par les adh\u00e9rents<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #993300;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">L&rsquo;extension du renforcement aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves de Cours Moyen de Marsoulou n&rsquo;a pas eu lieu<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #993300;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La diminution des frais de gestion et les frais de taxi sur place.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #993300;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Le compte d\u2019exploitation est adopt\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #808000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><u>Pr\u00e9visions 2021 <\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #993300;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A l\u2019heure de la validation du budget pr\u00e9visionnel par le conseil d\u2019administration, les courses solidaires dans les \u00e9coles n\u2019\u00e9taient pas reconduites. Le budget pr\u00e9visionnel est donc le reflet de cette situation qui a \u00e9volu\u00e9 depuis. Les \u00e9coles Marie Marvingt de Laleu et Jean Ferrat de Marsilly ont repris cette activit\u00e9 (nous en avons rendu compte sur le blog) Les recettes g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es vont permettre de reconstituer les r\u00e9serves tr\u00e8s sollicit\u00e9es en 2020 et de mieux r\u00e9pondre aux attentes des enseignants et \u00e9l\u00e8ves de Mar Lodj.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #993300;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Notre action au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de 5 nouveaux \u00e9l\u00e8ves au CFP va se poursuivre. Un bilan de cette action reste \u00e0 programmer.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #993300;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Une uniformisation des fournitures est \u00e0 \u00e9tudier dans un but d\u2019\u00e9conomies et d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 entre \u00e9coles. un groupe d\u2019administrateurs y travaille \u00e0 partir des infos communiqu\u00e9es par Moustapha Diouf, directeur de l\u2019\u00e9cole \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire de Mar Lodj devenu notre correspondant. Compte tenu de son importance dans notre dispositif et du temps pass\u00e9, il lui sera propos\u00e9 une indemnit\u00e9 pour frais engag\u00e9s, avec convention sign\u00e9e des deux parties.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #993300;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Il existe encore une grande incertitude quant \u00e0 une\u00a0 prochaine mission en octobre.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #993300;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Le pr\u00e9sident remercie tous les adh\u00e9rents et donateurs -dont Entraide et Solidarit\u00e9 qui a augment\u00e9 sa participation de 50%- qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 un fonctionnement, presque, normal de l\u2019association en 2020.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #808000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><u>Elections au conseil d\u2019administration\u00a0:<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #993300;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">G\u00e9rard Stagliano n\u2019a pas souhait\u00e9 poursuivre sa pr\u00e9sence au CA o\u00f9 il s\u2019est beaucoup investi depuis 7 ans.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #993300;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">B\u00e9atrice Laot est \u00e9lue \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #808000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><u>La s\u00e9ance est lev\u00e9e \u00e0 16h30.<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #993300;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Proc\u00e8s verbal de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du 29 mai 2021.
