Elle y m\u00e8ne une action de solidarit\u00e9.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"NormalWeb5\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #808000; font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde'; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"NormalWeb5\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial black,avant garde;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #808000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">En 2025, son action concerne 700 \u00e9l\u00e8ves de sept \u00e9coles \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires et maternelles d<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">es quatre villages de l\u2019\u00eele de Mar Lodj, dans le Sin\u00e9 Saloum, et<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #993300; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">particuli\u00e8rement\u00a0les filles.<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #808000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">L&rsquo;association entend ainsi<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0combattre la discrimination dont elles sont victimes.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #808000;\">L&rsquo;\u00e9coute attentive des besoins exprim\u00e9s par les enseignants, les associations de parents\u00a0 d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ves\u00a0et les chefs de villages guide l&rsquo;action de l&rsquo;association.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"NormalWeb5\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;\"><span style=\"color: #808000; font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde'; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"NormalWeb5\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde'; color: #808000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">L&rsquo;association\u00a0prend en charge les frais scolaires des \u00e9l\u00e8ves durant six ans\u00a0de scolarit\u00e9 \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire. Les\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>fournitures et manuels sont achet\u00e9s chez des commer\u00e7ants locaux.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"NormalWeb5\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde'; color: #808000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Elle fait r\u00e9aliser, par des couturiers sur place, les sacs et les trousses dont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient les jeunes \u00e9l\u00e8ves entrant en CI.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"NormalWeb5\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif; color: #808000; font-size: 14pt;\">Elle a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une biblioth\u00e8que de 300 ouvrages en 2016 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire de Mar Lodj. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"NormalWeb5\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #993300; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"color: #993300; font-size: 14pt;\">Elle accompagne le renforcement de la scolarit\u00e9 avec des cours donn\u00e9s par les enseignants, pour pr\u00e9parer, en fin de CM2, le certificat de fin d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires (CFEE) et l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en 6\u00e8me au coll\u00e8ge. <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"NormalWeb5\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #808000;\"><strong>Une convention annuelle sign\u00e9e entre les directeurs d&rsquo;\u00e9coles et l&rsquo;association pr\u00e9cise l&rsquo;engagement de chacun.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"NormalWeb5\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #993300;\"><strong>L&rsquo;association limite son action \u00e0 une aide mat\u00e9rielle.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif; color: #808000; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Depuis 2019<\/span><\/strong> l&rsquo;association soutient la scolarit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ves-une cinquantaine- au Centre de Formation Professionnelle (CFP) de Diofior dans cinq sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s : <span style=\"color: #993300;\">ma\u00e7onnerie, \u00e9lectricit\u00e9, plomberie, restauration, mara\u00eechage.<\/span> Ces formations pr\u00e9parent \u00e0 des CAP ou BEP (et depuis la rentr\u00e9e 2024 des brevets de technicien- \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 un bac pro) permettant une insertion professionnelle de 85%. L&rsquo;association prend en charge les <span style=\"color: #993300;\">frais annuels d&rsquo;inscription, un premier \u00e9quipement et outillage et une aide \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9<\/span> durant la totalit\u00e9 des formations (3 ans).
